Apparently, the 10:30 cutoff is a hard and fast rule. I don’t know, maybe the sausage patties turn into hamburger then, like Cinderella’s coach turns into a pumpkin at midnight. But don’t try and ask for any of this 10:40, unless you want to leave disappointed (and hungry).

Yes, the 10:30 cutoff is hard and fast! Reason being, we have to clear and CLEAN our grills prior to starting to cook the luncheon menu. We do not want our burgers to taste like sausage patties or eggs. It’s really quite simple. And, we do not change the hours simply because we want to provide the very best possible food at all times. You need to remember that we are “the best little joint” downtown…and that’s why we can say that!
We’re sorry if that inconveniences you but that’s the rules around the “joint” and most folks appreciate not having egg tasting burgers!
